Tygothane C210 ESTER is formulated for all type of fuel
Superthane ESTER is supposed to be a near equivalent.

Generally, for ultralights, I use 1.5 times the stall speed for approach. That would be 45 mph approach for 30 mph stall. In the case of a 45 mph stall speed, that works out to about 67.

HKS recently put out a factory bulletin regarding fuel and engine oil. In a nutshell, they say not to use fuel with more than 5% ethanol, and lower than 91 octane. Aviation gas is OK.
