I installed a separate master switch to activate the master relay and wired the PP alternator field to a separate switch with a light to indicate a failure mode.

The baffle was originally installed on the top of the cylinders, you should move it to the same position underneath the cylinders.

The cork supplied in my kit had one side with an adhesive already applied, just peal off the protective film.
Otherwise any contact adhesive would work.

If the look of the domed rivets bothers you, then you can always dimple the understructure and skins, then use a standard nose piece on your riveter to produce a flush finish, of course you still have ... |
