To check for any flow restrictions, you should see at least 42 gph if you unhook servo inlet line and run boost pump.

I agree, order more proseal.

I'd put longer bolts and bushings in there, so that fairing gets damaged less by tow bars. It will be fine. None of them fly perfect, so don't sweat it.

Mine draws 435 Amps and if I did not have two batteries, my GRT's would reboot(below 10 VDC).

I think mine is about .050-.060". Paint will close the gap some and you'll want some expansion room.
