I just bought a Tri-Pacer 22/150 and would like to fix up the seats
and inside wall panels. Does anyone know where I can buy aviation
approved seat material (upholstery) and Naugahyde like material to
put on the side panels instead of painting them?
 Thank you,
 Darrell Haas

Try www.airtexinteriors.com for starters. I re-did my Cherokee through them. They can supply materials that meet requirements. It may take a bit of research, because you may not wish to use much of the old material. I used polyboard for sidewalls, which is like corrugated plastic sheets. They are easy to cut and work with. Also, you may wish to come up with your own scheme for ribbing widths. You will need the vinyl, polyfoam, and backing.
Then, you can have the stitching sewn in, and glue the liners onto the polyboard.
  Good Luck
