After digesting the new package last night, I'm still very confused about exactly which set of holes, if any, the rivet lines that mount the middle spar to the floor will be reused.
Anybody got a handle on this?

From what I see, they are all being re-used. The center spar forward portion is being moved further forward by 1/8". If you drilled the holes for the old front spar web, 6W4-1, and spar uprights 6B13-1, right down the middle, you should have enough room left for the new parts to use the same holes. If the holes were drilled right next to the bend radius then I think you have a problem and need to call Zenith.
