If you go to the EAA video tip web site, they show how to determine if gas has 10% alcohol, or even more. I imagine that the alcohol could be removed the same way, but you would probably have to add an octane booster to the remaining gas. I don't know how you could find out the octane rating of it, but alcohol itself is an efficient octane booster- the remaining gas might be down in the low 80's.

Depending on the recipe used to make the gas it should be around 87 RON... Just right for a vintage Rolls. I’ve been looking for a good octane booster too. Just to try.
