One of my customers is selling his Tiger.
 This is the first posting.
The airframe has roughly 2400 hrs TTSN
Engine has roughly 550 hrs since Lycon overhaul. Dynoed at 205 hp.
$15,000 paint job in 2001. It's still like new.
 Plus, a ton of avionics.
 S-Tec 30
 TCAD . . . I mean REAL TCAD
 Aspen
 MX-20
I'm waiting for more pics. I only have old pics.

Go to my web site, www.AuCountry.com

scan down to 2002 . . . most perfect Tiger.
 -------------------------------

He has over $175,000 in the plane since he bought it.
 He's asking $85,000.
 It's worth every penny.
This is one of those planes that you can buy and fly without wondering what you need to fix next.

Please forward me the information you have and will be receiving. A couple of years ago I called and spoke to your about getting a Tiger. Your advice was to watch for a while and make sure I find the right one. Although you were a bit more blunt than that. It seems that maybe the patience might have paid off.

I am very interested in this plane, it is funny, all the ones I have considered I have factored in the cost of a glass cockpit as the other plane I have been considering is a Diamond DA 40. Seeing that this one has an Aspen makes it very desirable to me (along with the fact that it was virtually rebuilt in 2002).

 Thanks,
 Rick Young

				Rick,
This is a very nice plane.  It is pretty as well as being nicely equipped. The TCAD is fun. It'll tell you there is a plane 25,000 feet above and you can watch the airliner go by. The best friend of the guy selling the plane runs High Desert Avionics is Lancaster. So, avionics was a no brainer.  I built the plane over a year and maintained it until last year. Easy plane to work on.
I'll keep you up to date on the info I get

They paid $75K and put in a lot of avionics and new yokes. Then, from what I've heard, their business went south.

We flew down to the Palm Springs convention. The fuel prices are so high all over So Cal that this is one reason we are selling. We don't want to get into it, nor should you make commments about what you think our circumstances are in a public forum, Gary. You also told everone that we paid a lower price than we actually paid. Please refrain from talking about personal matters.

				Ruth,
I didn't mean to offend you. Your reaction seems a bit over-the-top to me. I was just stating what I had heard.  I just talked to Travis and you paid $77K. So, I was wrong. Sorry.
As for gas prices, as soon as the speculators see which way things are going to go, the prices will come down.

				Hi Gary,
We heard that it was worth every penny of $85,000, before we bought it and put a ton of money into the new GTN750, hard-wried 796, Tiger yokes with fashioned plates to hold various switches, new battery and just got new sunvisors. This is the best Tiger I have ever owned in 37 years- my fourth Tiger. Beautiful!

Had a lot of fun flying to Palm Springs AOPA convention and San Diego. At least fuel was less in Tehachapi, but still not cheap.
