HI:

  

 I am up grading to the  G205 (now) stick for my RV..I have now the regular stick with PTT  button only.

  

 2 Questions:  best way to connect to the new one, and second, do I have to wire all seven wires?

  

    Look at schematic, from Ray Allen;; it calls for seven wires,   but I only need for the Elevator Trim". so I should connect only  (1) and (3) seems to me

   of course plus the two Ground wires...and Power..

  

    I am just plain terrible when it comes to solder,,, I have not been able to learn to an acceptable level... I got a new iron  with tip,, nevertheless

 it is a mess..

  

     I wish theythe ex would sell these things with wires already ready,, I gladly pay the extra money..

  

    By the way, how you use the up and down,,,it does no say which tab would be for this...on the Instructions..
