I would say it all depends on your flight circumstances.

In my personal case I tow my plane home after every flight so folding the
wings is a necessity. If I were flying out of an airport with good tie
downs or even better hangar space then folding would be a total waste of
time.

the guy I got my plane from folded his so much he insisted I do the same when I bought it he even put it on the trailer every time too and stored it in a hanger ???? mal
