Stewarts is a great product, but if you don't need a certified system latex is always an option. I've collected some latex information on my new website. It's still a work in progress, but there is some good info there that might be useful including links to the EAA Latex Paint webinar and to the the slides.

I used Stewarts covering and loved it. Water borne paints were tuff to get to flash off in high humidity, but did end up with a nice finish. Did all my gluing and covering in the house during the winter months. Never turned off the furnace, glues are none toxic and are harmless if you get it on yourself. Not so harmless with the wife when it got on the carpet. This is 3rd year flying and still looks as nice as when finished.
