On the way to Oshkosh 2003, the long way from Alabama.

John Williamson took this photo as we flew from Sault Saint Marie, MI, to
Iron Mountain, MI, then south to Oshkosh.

 This is Crisp Point Lighthouse.

				John,
This photo reminds me of all the great photos of the U.S. John W. took from the Kolbra. They used to be available on the net but have since disappeared with his passing, or I just can't find them anymore. One I remember that really stood out to me was the photo of the Manhattan skyline while he was flying down the Hudson River. I'd love to spend a full week of evenings looking at all of them again.

John W's web site remained up for a short time after his death. Am guessing
his family took down the web site. Was disappointed when that happened.
His admirers lost a great source of information about flying and the flights
that John W did in the short time he flew his Kolbra.

Hardly a day goes by that I don't think of John W. I miss our flying days
together. 25 May will be six years since he died.
