Here are two photos of my new CATTO 3 bladed composite propeller that shipped today. The propeller tips are painted the same color as the tail number. I think it looks AWESOME!
Now let's see how it performs.

I have been thinking about a new propeller for my TR-1, with finer pitch than I have now. May I ask now much $ Catto need to make one?

Keith. Yes, the shipping is expensive and the sales tax (25%) is expensive!  That is why I transported my current Prince propeller as hand luggage on a flight from the US. And through customs I pretended it was part of my personal belongings (camouflaged as skies) Smile  I have to be really creative living in this part of the world.

Put it in a big hat box? People also check in their bicycles, maybe pretend it is a bicycle wheel?

I agree 3 blades is more difficult than 2

Hans; I had them include the nickel leading edges, the spinner and since they don't have copper as an available color, it included the custom tip color. There is a 4 month delivery time but I paid for the 4 week delivery option. This brought the total price to $5,000.00US.

Instead of a new finer pitched prop have you thought about trimming a little off the ends? In the past I had an Ed Sturba prop for my TR-1 that was a little too much pitch so I trimmed 1/2 inch off of each tip. This made a noticeable difference but I still wanted a little more RPM so I did it again for a total of 1 inch off each blade. This made it a perfect match for my engine/aircraft. I left the ends square. In reality square ends are better than most curved ends. Look at the Mooney wings tips for an example.
