   Understand . . . but color me skeptical. Design

   deficiencies not withstanding "booting

   up" is not a stressful activity. I am reminded

   of an oft proffered diagnosis by the warranty

   service tech praying over a slightly smoked

   radio, "I guess a spike got it."
