Hello,



I was hoping that someone may have the actual expected signal voltages and pin outs on the DB9 to troubleshoot a NO Target Unit on a 4k.  



I have read the posts about having the correct cable, but that is not my problem.  I was successfully tuning the unit last Thursday evening, and wanted to continue the next night, but I have not been able to re-establish a link.

I have tried to remove and reload the DSC program to my laptop with no luck.  The unit works fine with the current settings.



I think that I may have a bad Intelligence board, but I'm not sure.



Any advice would be greatly appreciated
