I am ready to firm up the Pulsar gathering for May 28 -31. Before I send in the contracts does anyone have an issue with the fact it is on Memorial day weekend? If this is a big issue, I can move it back one week.
Please let me know.

We would more likely attend the week before Memorial day weekend.� We usually spend Memorial Day Weekend at Scarborough Faire with family.
Received the rest of the parts for the Zenith Cruzer a week ago, busy building.

OK, looking closely at the calendar, Memorial day is May 25. So, we are back to May 28 - 31.
I have a block of rooms reserved at the Lawrence Holiday Inn Express. There are 20 double queen rooms and 5 King Exces rooms. Cost is $65/night. Make your own reservations by calling the Holiday Inn at 785-749-7555. Be sure to tell them 'Pulsar Fly Group', otherwise you will end up paying much more. Hotel reservations must be made before April 28, 2015.
I will repeat this information once I have finalized the event and have a caterer lined up. The one that has done our event for many years has retired. So, I have some ground pounding to do to find one that will measure up.
I would like to continue with the schedule we have used in the past. Thursday is arrivals with a Pizza party in the evening at the hotel. Friday is seminars at the hotel and Saturday is out at the airport.
Breakfast is served at the hotel, lunch and dinner is catered Friday and Saturday, with prime rib Saturday night.
What do you want in seminars????? Please send me ideas and I will work on getting speakers.
