The tool I got from ATS was too large and it just made

a mess.  The tool from Avery has two smaller nylon

rollers and works much better.  



Admittedly the flanging tool does not quite do as good

of a job as flanging dies would.  It takes a little

practice to get the feel for the tool.  After doing a

few dozen holes, I am able to do a presentable job

with the nylon rollers.  The advantage to the Avery

tool is one tool will work for all hole sizes instead

of several die sizes.



I suppose that if you are set up to make the dies

easily, they might be worth the effort.  For me, the

flanging tool works quite well.
