For anyone looking for ideas on constructing a fuselage dolly to use while

working on systems, etc - came up with a design that seems to work pretty

well. It's rock solid, easy to move, easy to pin in place, drops the

fuselage down close to the ground, costs around $70 in material, and took

only a couple of hours to build.



I don't want to embed pictures in this e-mail in consideration to those with

slower internet connections, but if you're interested, send me a pm and I'll

send off pictures and some details. Also, if anyone is interested in putting

this on their web-site, let me know and I'll get a detailed list of

measurements and material together along with the pictures (may take a day

or two since the fuse is at my "off-site" building location and work is

currently interfering with building).

$70! - I did mine for about $30 of which the two Harbor Frieght wheels were $4.99 each at the time.  2 - Harbor Freight 10" wheels 4 - 2 X 4 4 - U bolts 1 - 24" threaded 5/8" rod 2 - 5/8" locking bolt and washer 2 - 2.5" casters     William Curtis 40237 - SB Fuse http://nerv10.com/

I would like to see some pics.  Maybe you could attach them to the end of your post where we could pic and choose which to download/view.  Shrink them down some and they won't be too large for those with slow connections (me).  Thanks for sharing your idea.
