These ought to make you feel like you just got back from Aunt Nelly's, and she got out the slide projector! Aren't we all proud of our 'aluminum children' out in the garage? I know I'd like to see some random construction pics each day. You never know what you might learn (or what catastrophe someone might help you avoid!).
Let me know if these are too large for some (off-list please) and I'll shrink them down a bit next time.
The first image is a picture of my formed Gear Attach Brackets. I like the way these look SO much better than the welded version (obviously no bolts welded on yet).

The second is a pic of my 3/16 6061-T6 Rudder Attach Bracket. I was fairly surprised the laser cut these as cleanly as it did. Forgive the dust in the pic, I haven't cleaned it up as it had just come off the brake.

The last pic is just a snapshot of the butt of my XL. One of the first pictures where things were starting to look like an airplane.

Thanks for sharing your photos. Its always educational and inspirational to see other builder's work. Looks like you're doing an amazing job on your XL.
