Where did you find this Chuck? I had to make one using shorter valve stem
extenders connected with locktite.

Cleveland Tools has a 5 inch extender. see

Or, go to auto parts store and buy a flexible extender that is intended for
inner wheel on a dual wheel arranagement. It's about 7 or 8 inches and
easier to use because it allows for a bit of mis-alignment of wheel to port
in wheel fairing.
