HI KIDS.

  

         ITS TIME!!  We need  your registration forms now!!  The arrangements are made but we need a good  count.  Please send your forms in today!  This year we have some great  stuff planed with a flyout to eagle creek aviation a d a tour of the Indy 500  museum, even a ride around the course can be arranged.  

     Also, the Hobbs meter on N222JS turned 500 hr  yesterday!!  That is 500 hrs since I restored her and put her back in  service.  Those of you new to the list may not know that "triple 2" was  basically tossed it the weeds and rotting away a 8 years ago when I bought her a  flew her home.  Since then, I have refurbished almost all of her systems  including, paint, int, avionics (still working on that), propellers, engines  etc.  I have had tons of fun flying her to all sorts of places for work and  pleasure (just yesterday I flew her on a short biz trip).  It has been a  great ride and I hope there are many more years left in her!!

 I'll be missing the  fly-in this year, as N414C is still in rehab- and we just had our first child  this week, so I'll be needing to spend time close to home in support of the new  mother!

  

 The minute next year's  schedule is posted- I'm reserving the spot on the calendar.  With any luck,  N414C will be finished by then.  <cough>
