Thx. to all who replied to Monowheel sight gauge.
What are thoughts about venting the sight gauge to the cockpit?
Simply install a push to open fuel quick drain, and when you want to take
a reading, push opened.
Not sure how long would need to be opened.
If sight tube was complete empty, the most that would come into cockpit
would be 1 tube worth of fuel vapor.

Don't do it!
The last thing you want in your cockpit is any fuel vapour smell as it
takes ages to dissipate.

And they're highly flamable.
Think of all those switches and relays near the gauge, making and
breaking and arcing every where...
