Hello.
It turns out, Flight Design uses the same gas caps as the Allegro. They also have issues with the gas caps swelling. I've attached the fleet wide LOA that Flight Design issued to resolve the gas cap issue.

Thanks for the research and info.
My gas cap is fine (just a little leaky when full), but this is good to know for future reference.
