After Doug Sapp’s posting about the availability of replacement instrument panel dampers, I took a look at mine. All eight (forward and aft cockpits) were totally shot. Since they are not readily visible, this is not something that a casual inspection is likely to uncover. Here are some before and after pics. Instrument panel vibration now much improved.
