I know some M14P owners have swapped to these compressors which have been used in the AN-2. Are they a direct swap? Any pros/cons?
Tested in aerobatic applications?

I have one. About 3 inches taller but I got it to fit in the original position. Has an additional compressor compared to the regulator compressor. Makes fast air. I can fill a low tank in about 5 minutes at low rpm.

It is actually a good modification to do in that the compressor, although larger will fit onto the M 14 and has a 70% greater output.

Yes it bolts to the accessory case in exactly the same way as the original. Since we overhaul the ASh-62 engine as a whole, we have a couple of these compressors that we could overhaul and send if anyone was interested.

The P-12 is actually not that much longer. Maybe 2 inches at most.

The compressors came off the Antonoff engines. There are larger to stage compressor that seems to fit the M 14 just fine. I have two of them is sitting on my shelf for over 20 years. If somebody wants them as is where is for 150 bucks. George
