For your information, the is a AD that covers the  prop strike, It has been completed.

 There are no skydrol leaks in this  aircraft,

 The repairs to the belly damage war repaired to the  latest SRM / 43.13 requirements, using all available factory parts

 We Purchase a set of used props, these were not the  prop that  hit the asphalt, 6-New Blades

 R-12 AC system that works 

 Cleveland's

 Winglet's

 Flap Gap Seals

 New Ant. that were damaged.

 Pressure system fully operational 3.2  system

 Both Vacuum Pumps New

 All new Mags

 New Tires

 Fuel injection rebuilt on right side

 all New 124 hoses with viton hose  inserts

 Fresh IFR Inspection

 Fresh Annual inspection

 Just Weighted.

 We want you to come and look at  aircraft

 this is the nicest MR. RPM in the  world

all, the prop strike is correct.  it was the prop off of the plane i 

subsquently bot 2001M.  if you want to know the story call me at

One of the aspects about this list that I like the most is that folks are

willing to share information-  good AND bad.



It's also great that the owner of an airplane can provide real time current

information on the status of his bird also.



It is horribly unfortunate how little honesty and candor there is in a

sizable portion of the used airplane market.  If you buy enough airplanes,

eventually you'll be bitten by it.  The candid and factual interaction of

the folks on this list is a benefit to all of us in the market who make the

effort to do the right thing- and to be honest about our transactions.



In some regards I wish i'd been a member before our last airplane purchase-

but then again maybe not.
