A couple of weeks ago, someone was looking for a source of metal runway mat – the stuff the military uses to build temporary runways / taxiways / ramps.

I thought I had seen an ad for it somewhere, and just saw it again – in the Dec 2006 issue of the Pacific Flyer, page B19.
The contact info is “Aviation Warehouse, Inc, El Mirage, CA (760) 388-4215”

I don’t know anything about these guys, I just saw their ad and am passing along the info.
