how do I cansey a subcription to the list?

You can go to the list site with your browser and on the opening page near the top there is a link I think it says "Edit Membership". That will take you to a page where you choose the E-Mail address etc. Close to the bottom of that page on the right hand side there is a link that says, "Leave Group". Click it
