We lost an Avid on Saturday. Dale Wilson lost power and did not survive his
landing in what appears to be a nice field. May have been wires or other
reason to stall, but nosed in and flipped. Perhaps practice would have
prevented this. Ron NB Ore

Thanks for your answers, guys. I think I feel better knowing it's not a
wing. I did lift my headset to hear better (but with the engine on) and it
is definitively coming from right hand and behind me. I'll need a passenger
to do more hearing observation. Yet a new reason to go out flying! Wow,
cool!
