I remember it also cost about $18.60 plus shipping. My Vans part was never unwrapped from the cellophane. I called, had them send the new one (complete assembly), and then sent theirs back to them (complete assembly). The boxes passed each other in the mail, I only paid the above amounts, and they took care of crediting my account, so I ended up with a zero balance. I’ve only done this since Christmas. The lady I talked to knew exactly what I meant when I said I needed the RV-10 nosewheel exchange and did the rest for me. Seems like they’re getting pretty good at this.
