Can anyone comment on the servicing of the struts. Do I use Mil spec 5606 as the fluid and do I compress the strut then fill with fluid then add nitrogen?

    

   I have the Yak manual but it list fluids from Romania and is not clear as to how much to put in and how to put the fluid in.
