Some of theses bottles are a bit pricey as there are not many on the market. I know there are some new made but only a few options are available. 



If I were to pursue having some bottles/tanks custom made, how many folks would be interested in having a set as spares or as replacements? 



I have replaced one bottle on my airplane and need to replace the other one. We have all seen what happens when one of these things go. I would guess if you are in the back seat of a -52 when the main explodes, you are either going to be killed or seriously hurt by shrapnel. Thats if the tail empennage stays on the airplane. 



I will pursue this if there is enough interest and will forfeit my bottles for the project. I will also need the two bottles from a Yak-52. 



Interest??



By the way, does anyone have any egg head info about these bottles. I know they take air and how much but that is about it.

I have already taken the liberty of making contact with a manufacturer and 

will keep the group informed as things progress.  If you would like to 

pursue it as well, I have no problem with that.
