rear (instructor) cockpit flap box is L29.8200-21 front seat is L-29.8200-01
The difference probably revolves around instructor being able to take away flaps from front seat pilot. Probably a wiring difference . Other wise the same I believe.
I would try to find one here. Could be years coming from Russia. (Experience speaking)
I may have the individual flap switches for replacement if that is your problem.
otherwise try Doug, Scott, Greg or Pete or maybe Roma
