Hello all!
This is my first post to this group so forgive me if I'm beating a dead
horse. I haven't looked in the archives...yet. I'm still learning this
forum. So here we go, Dad and I own a Pazmany PL-1 with a 125 hp,
O-290-G. Everything works fine but here's the thing...the current carb
doesn't have a mixture. We want to replace it with one that does. Can
anyone point me in the direction for a manual or some type of literature
for matching carb's to this engine? Becuase the plane is currently in
another city I don't have access to find out what type or who made the
carb. I'm trying to get my research done so that when he returns from
Honduras, in three weeks, I can have a choice for him to make. I know
I'm shooting in the dark but you guys are so SMART, I'm sure someone can
help me.

You might try Precision Aeromotive at http://www.precisionairmotive.com/
They now make the Marvel Sciebler (sp) type carburators.
