Don't make a big thing of this. Get under the wing with your back,
shoulder blades on the spar, and lift. It is easy. Get some boxes with a
towel on top to put under the spar to raise the wheel a couple of inches
off the ground. I have even used strong cardboard boxes. It just isn't
very heavy. Your legs are doing the lifting. If a puny 70-year-old can
do it, so can you!
