Hi Paul,
Don't know many answers, and am looking just now at a professional at work with the supplied materials. Did not like the idea of do-it-yourself. He's using some thick contact glue, which he applies with a brush. Seems to go all right. Brian Skelly has a lot of pictures with explanations about his guy working with the kit, it's in his picture gallery at http:www.europaowners.org
That makes 3 of us working on it, let's keep each other posted!
