Doc,

Just saw one this Fri-Sat-Sun with Heritage flight at Air & Sea Show Ft Lauderdale, up close and personal. Absolutely awesome!! Wouldn't believe an airplane could fly like that without seeing it myself!

Impressive to say the least, used to be no one wanted to be in a knife fight in the phone booth with the Viper. Well new a bird is in town. That bird loops with in its’ own airframe length with the capability of pedal turns to the right and left. So just sit and orbit on your axis while the bad guys try to get an entry. Seems the enginers threw out the speed is life theory, but not really! Not when you can accelerate from 50 knots doing the pedal turn thing to supersonic in the length an airport!
We need more of them not less!
