After mounting my LH aileron and connecting the bellcrank to aileron 

pushrod, I find that the pushrod rubs against a rivet shop head that is 

part of the aileron mounting bracket.  Anyone else run into this?



So far, I've dismounted it, checked all the spacers and washers per the 

plans and remounted.  It is still rubbing.



This shouldn't be too difficult to resolve but a solution isn't obvious 

yet.  Just looking for any similar experiences and approaches.
