I've been pleasantly surprised how well the RV10 tool kit I bought from
Isham 9 months ago has worked out. But it's been a lot of fun adding
more tools.

One particularly useful addition has been the Angle Drill Attachment and
its kit from Cleaveland - ADA-30 or ADA-Kit respectively"
http://www.cleavelandtoolstore.com/prodinfo.asp?number=ADAKITW

The first use is drilling holes in the elevator for a trim tab attach
bracket.

However, I keep finding additional uses once I discovered that my
countersink bit and my deburring bit from by favorite deburring tool
both fit the 1/4-28 threads that the drill attachment has. (There's a
3 jawed chuck included in the kit that enables you to use any bit up to
1/4" but I've never used the chuck)

The countersink bit is great for those few holes where getting the whole
countersink cage and a straight drill in place is impossible. I just
used it to countersink a pesky rivet on my aileron bracket.

The deburring bit is ideal for deburring things like the rib flange on
the QB wing before riveting on the bottom skin. Anywhere that access
with the whole tool is impossible. I generally mount it in the air
drill and hand turn the chuck on the drill a half turn. Or just wrap
tape around the angle drill shaft so I can just hand turn it. If you
find yourself hand twirling your deburring bit to get to hard to reach
holes, this can work better and save some skin. I need to fabricate a
small collar to make turning the shaft easier.

Just FYI.
