This is nothing earth-shattering, but I thought I'd share my flange tweaking tool that I came up with. I'm sure there are a lot of other versions out there, but I thought this was pretty clever, so here you go. 

   

  It's two 3/4" thick pieces of plywood with the front edges rounded to a 1/8" radius. Sandwiched between the plywood is a piece of .032 aluminum scrap. I used .032 because I happen to be tweaking .025 flanges. You can adjust the distance between the plywood by placing different thickness shims between the "handles" to hand-tweak different flanges and bends all over your project. You can even make a second set with a different bend radius routed on the front if called for.

   

  It's not readily visible in the overall picture, but the aluminum shim is about 20mm shorter than the wood pieces - giving you the place to insert the flange you're tweaking. This thing works like a charm tweaking the wing ribs that  I'm working on now. The size of this one is 150mm long x 30mm wide.
