I installed the flaperonson my 701 last weekend and I am thinking about an alternative to the "quick release" fittings that are attached to the ends of the flaperons and connect them to the push rods. Since I don't plan on removing the wings I don't need the quick release feature. Has anyone replaced this fitting with something else?  I am thinking about another rod end bearing and a bolt, perhaps.
