Guys,
I needed to replace the orings on my starter for the 582 and a call to CPS gave me a bit of a jolt.. I was quoted $68.60 for the orings.. As they are metric, I could not find any localy. I did a bit of searching around and found a manufacture that would sell direct to me if I ordered in quantity. The end result if I break it down is $3.00 for the orings needed per installation plus about 4.55 shipping if you want them priority mail or the cost of a stamp to just drop them to you in an envelope. If anyone needs the orings replaced and does not want to pay the cost of two fill ups to do it, drop me a note as I have lots of them on the way. These are Buna-n orings and are the exact size that rotax calls for.

Hi Leonard,
I loved your pictures. I'll get mine on the water someday.
Regarding your O-rings, did you try McMaster? (www.mcmaster.com) You
have to buy a box of 100, but that's only about $10, (plus shipping,)
less than the two fill-ups you intimated.

The place I ordered from had a per item minimum also... but it worked out to peanuts each till I tossed in the shipping from them lol..as you need 5 different sizes it was lots of minimums..
