I recommend Pacific Coast Radio at Cable Airport (CCB). The proprietor
is David George. The phone number is (909) 920-5807. Dave does very good
work. He got my complex avionics stack working after three other shops
 failed to solve the problems.

The only caveat is that if you leave the choice how to implement
something without giving him explicit instructions, you might not get
exactly what you want. We are talking about simple things like where to
locate the jack for the music input but little things can make a difference.

Try the Aircraft Spruce and Specialty company. They had an avionics shop at
Chino but moved a few years ago. To where I don't know but they are still in
 the SoCal area somewhere.
