It is a Cozy. If you look at the pictures, you will see both wings have ripped off, the canopy is gone, the engine is laying there but the exhaust is on and the stacks are pointing towards the spinner.

The current theory is the canopy came open, departed the airframe, and went through the prop. Bummer! BTW, the canopy on these things swing to the side, like an RV-4.
