I can't imagine anyone putting a radiant heater in an airplane.
Here in New England, we know that you can keep warm just by the power of imagination alone. However, for those need more warmth see the 12V electric heater pads and seat heaters at--

LSA and powered ultralights tend to need INCREDIBLE amounts of heating. Someone should sell a humongous 200 Amp alternator for the heaters in these. There would still be some entertainment value to be had.
