Guys:
Just wanted to share with you the great customer service I received today from several companies ...
Quiet Tech - sending a headband for the Auri Comm headset - no charge.
Lightspeed - sending me a new cell phone interface cord at no charge.
Tio Autopilot - sent a brand new autopilot with new upgrades because mine was oscillatiing - no charge.
Kudos to these companies that care more about how the equipment is working than trying to charge me more money !!!
