Three wing tip vents  are supplied with the kit. I only see use for two? (Or else I'm missing the  third wing  Comments anyone?

  

  

 The wing tip vents  are flared at both ends. I see the use of the flare in helping to hold the  rubber tube on the inboard end. 

  

 What about the flare  on the outboard end? Looks like it should be cut off to provide the 45 degree  angle into the airflow on the front side. This  would allow the hole in the wingskin to be smaller too. Comments  anyone?

  I do not have a build manual in front of me , but you should cut one end off ata 45 and this will go into the airflow...the 3rd is a bulkhead fitting for the firewall.....
