Hi Gang

  

   My engine idles smoother when the  idle r.p.m. is a little on the high side.

  

  I get away with this because I put a rubber  band around the brake handle when I start it ( pull start )

  

  Although it almost got away from me one time  when I started  it on ice with skiis on, luckily it didn't  !!! 

  

 Check out this youtube ..... the pilot must have  started the plane full throttle....or there must have been a mechanical  problem.
