Troops,
An important reminder. You must register with the UoW for you dorm rooms - not just on the RPA web site.
Today I called the UoW they only have 24 people who have booked rooms under RPA and paid deposits. Off the RPA web site, I have 37 who have indicated they wanted dorm rooms.
If you have not talked to the UoW directly - you are not booked.
You must book with the UoW and provide them with a deposit BEFORE June 15th. Visa or Master card only.
Call Sarah Klein at 920-424-3226 to book the rooms. The dorms are filling fast. At $50 per night for 2 beds, people are looking for deals.

Just speaking about ground operations for Osh this year, anyone that does not stay (at) OSH, will be a royal pain in ground ops. There is a team that has been working with EAA/Warbirds since SnF on this project.. People not flying the show, will be parked in a different area than the participants, etc... Just FYI , that is all.. Maybe Jim can give the dorms some love, and they will call you guys quicker..

When you talk to them make sure you tell them you are "RPA" or "Red Star Pilots Association". The young lady I talked to today, said we still had rooms being held for us. That the second floor of Evans Hall was full with RPA and that the other rooms would be on the 3rd & 4th floors. That was what I was told.
We put down $1,000 of deposit for some 20 extra rooms on top of what was already booked. They will only hold those rooms until June 15th. After that they keep the deposit and open the room for that waiting list.
