Hi:
I have tried to post this a few times, no answer..
I need an audio panel for my rv6a, planning to have two radios.
I found one, which is round and fits a satandard instrument hole, of 2-1/4'
which =I need. I do not have space for a regual rectangular one..
The one I could found is a PM.400, or something like that... but the price
forget it...is too much for my wallet..
Is there any onther of the round 2-1/4" type, out there, does not any
one else mfg. this?
Any informaltion will be appreciated it.

Burt, I used the PS Engineering panel in my RV6-A that you mention. The cost was a killer but I have never seen one from anybody else that works.
It is an excellent audio panel and performs as well as the full size units.

Bert,
There is another option that costs basically nothing. My RV-6A
has a Garmin 250 XL GPS/Comm as my primary comm. and a KX-125 as my
secondary comm. My system is set up with a toggle switch as my audio
panel. The toggle is how I control which comm I use for transmitting. I
can hear both comms all the time so if I don't want to hear #2 comm then
I just turn down the volume. I have no need for a full on audio panel as
I can monitor #2 while using #1 or the reverse with a flip of the
switch.
I also have two GPS units (Garmin 250 XL & Garmin 396). Both are
hardwired. I use a second toggle switch to flip between GPS units to
drive my Autopilot. In reality I basically only use my 396 because I
like the course input process and the graphics much more than the 250 XL
but in the few instances where I had poor GPS reception (not the
greatest 396 antenna location) I just flip over to the 250 XL.
The attached photo is before I mounted the 396 (easy to see
where I put it) and before I replaced the Navaid AP and added altitude
hold. And before I put Infinity Grips and replaced the seats with
Classic Aero and, and, and..... Regardless the Audio Panel switch is
just above the 250 XL on the left. The GPS switch (less often used) is
on the right. Since using this system I am happy I don't have an audio
panel and plan on using basically the same setup on my 8A.

Thanks for the suggestion. Now my question, do you have a diagram
and instructions as to how to connect this thing, with a switch?
I am not the best when it comes to Avionics....
I would appreciate it if you e-mail, or mail, any drawings etc, you
might have.

I had a round NAT intercom in the RV-8 that I got off eBay for about $200 if recall correctly. It performed well. I've already got anther one for the RV-7, also off eBay. This one is rectangular.
