You can make a claim via the mails, but US laws favor the personal appearance in that judges court on that time and date of the individual, or his agent (hired attorney or person[s]), to stake your claim against any monies or material assets that they (Skystar) are admitting to. And even then the judge can rule against or only allow a percentage of the 'claim' to be heard or allowed.......
Good luck, but unless the Skystar people[s] are upfront and honest you might as well kiss your money or orders good bye.............that is what bankruptcy is all about - getting out from under their obligations.

Hi Everyone

I recieved my copy of the bankruptcy papers today here in the U.K. 17 sheets of A4 paper mostly double sided with around 260 names of individuals and companys thats owed stuff from skystar.

The hearing is on the 5th April at 9:30 am before judge Jim D. Pappas at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court 550 W. Fort St, 5th Floor Boise, Idaho. has anyone else had these documents and can anyone decode the technical talk so we know what it all means

Sure are some rumors out there.

If it is true that John and Debra McBean are in the running to purchase
Skystar---this could be the best news that we have heard in a while.

John, could you give us any info?

Say its true!

Well I have no idea. I didn't like to comment on list before but a few days ago I was reading on the Lazair site and it seemed to be the case to me.
Take a look. www.lazair.com and go to Skystar files etc then to forum.
Rex.
